The audio files help put numerous HR topics in "plain English," and includes information on each of the 6 exam areas, plus 4 additional audio files on test taking tips, a review session, SPHR-only topics, and additional tips to assist with understanding strategic questions on the exams. The LMS resources include the largest collection of sample tests offered by any major prep program, training games, interactive flashcards, videos on selected topics, and class lecture videos from the PHR/SPHR Prep Course taught by David Siler, who has an overall 90% pass rate for his PHR/SPHR Prep Course.
